I’ve lost/forgotten my username/password. How can I get it reset?
Contact your organization’s administrator for this program. He/she has the ability to reset your password and tell you what your Username is. It is most likely your email address.
I'm having trouble playing a lesson on my iPad- what's wrong?
Currently our training materials require Adobe's Flash technology in order to function properly. At this point Apple does not plan to support Flash on iPad. Accurate Data Partners is currently investigating providing an alternate solution for the iPad.
